A great day at Oban Pride 2023

Being part of different Pride events around the country is fast becoming part of Affinity Trust culture. The people we support love to be out meeting people and telling them all about what it is like to be supported. And hey - who doesn't love a bit of Pride colour?

We were delighted to attend Pride at Oban, where Tom was joined by two people we support, Joseph and Aiden. It was a beautiful sunny day and there was a great crowd there. 

Joseph and Aiden were kept busy all day speaking to lots of young people, who have given us some great ideas for volunteering. Some of them were even inspired to look at support work as a career. When you meet people like Joseph and Aiden and learn how support workers change lives, it's no surprise. 

We are already looking forward to next year - see you there!
