We offer supported living services supporting people in their own homes . We support a wide and diverse range of people from individuals with complex and profound needs to individuals who require a few hours support to meet their needs. We also offer step through and specilaist services to support indivuals on their journey from institutuional settings back into the community. People live in various settings which include shared homes, individual flts with a cluster and their homes in the community. Homes are often adapted to meet individuals needs.

Andrew Beland
Director of OperationsAndrew has held senior positions with local government, housing providers, and since 2015, Social Care.
With over 20 years’ experience working in the public sector and not-for-profit organisations, Andrew joined Affinity Trust in 2020. In addition to operational leadership, Andrew’s areas of expertise include change, transformation, and strategy development. He is passionate about organisational culture and enabling people to achieve their true potential.
Outside of work Andrew enjoys spending his time with family and friends. He also loves to keep fit, so you can normally find him in the gym or on the golf course.
