If you are unhappy about something we have done, please use any of the ways above to explain your concerns. Many concerns can be dealt with quickly and informally in this way.
You can also make a formal complaint.
Whether your complaint is formal or informal, we will treat it as a priority. We will aim to resolve the problem as quickly as we can, to involve you in the process if that is appropriate, and to keep you updated.
