We offer supported living services supporting people in their own homes . We support a wide and diverse range of people from individuals with complex and profound needs to individuals who require a few hours support to meet their needs. We also offer step through and specilaist services to support indivuals on their journey from institutuional settings back into the community. People live in various settings which include shared homes, individual flts with a cluster and their homes in the community. Homes are often adapted to meet individuals needs.
