Our staff are dedicated to making a difference to people’s lives.
Our mission is to enable people with learning disabilities to pursue active and fulfilling lives, gain increased independence and achieve equal rights as citizens. We search for people who believe that everyone has the right to live a fulfilling life, learning disabled or not, and are keen to make a change in someone’s life.
Every day is different and there is always something new to learn. There are a variety of training opportunities for our staff to further their careers and skills. As well as this, we ensure that our staff feel supported and can access the necessary help whenever they need it. Staff enjoy working in a professional and friendly work environment which is dedicated to the organisation’s aims and is supported by our Investors in People status.
We provide support to a variety of client age groups with varying degrees of learning disabilities and support needs. We are dedicated to providing experienced and reliable care as part of a 24 hour support worker service. We are always interested in hearing from experienced support workers and anyone with a positive attitude willing to make a positive contribution to Affinity Trust and the people we support.

Our approach to diversity
Affinity Trust is an organisation that is inclusive and values difference, by seeking to ensure that its services are relevant and accessible to all. We recognise that people with different backgrounds, cultures, skills and experiences bring fresh ideas and perceptions that benefit the organisation and all of its stakeholders. Affinity Trust embraces difference, listens to and meets the changing needs of its service users, employees, partners and stakeholders.
“I actually love coming to work in the morning. The people we support are happy, friendly people and we have a great person centred team who go above and beyond to make sure that all the people we support’s needs are met.”
