Work with us
Since we began in 1991 we have grown from a staff of 4 to an organisation that today employs over 1000 people across 6 regional divisions with a £26m turnover. These are exciting and interesting times for Affinity Trust as we look to deliver truly personalised support which will mark us out from our competitors as a best practice support provider for people with learning disabilities.
The people we support continue to be at the centre of what we do but this can not be achieved without the continued hard work and commitment of our staff; the people we recruit do make the difference.
