Toby talks about his job

Toby, 32, has a learning disability. With a little support, he works in a paid position each Monday or Reading Borough Council.

Toby tells us what type of things he does as part of his job, why he enjoys it and how he spends the money he earns. Lorraine, his supervisor as well as staff from Affinity Trust’s Supported Employment Team are always there to offer a little help and steer him in the right direction.
