Affinity Trust is a limited company that provides person centred, innovative support for people living in the UK with learning disabilities. We have a history of working with those who have high support needs as well as those labelled by others as ‘challenging’. We focus on the individual and their particular needs, and work with them to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Many of the people we support have come from institutional settings and we have worked with them to transform their level of independence and often, as a result, their quality of life.

The majority of the support we deliver is Supported living, and we are wholly committed to offering this model of residential support for people with learning disabilities in preference to residential care homes going forward.

Affinity Trust is a company limited by guarantee and is registered under the Companies Act 1985, company number 06893564. We are also a registered charity in England and Wales, registration number 1139891. Our registered office is 1 St. Andrews Court, Wellington Street, Thame, Oxfordshire OX9 3WT. 

Affinity Trust was previously a UK-based voluntary sector organisation registered under the Industrial and Provident Act 1965 (Registration Number: 27515R).
